Having originally launched Lazarus Consulting way back in 2005, we have a clear understanding of why a business might need a consultancy like ours, and it’s simply because they suffer from one or more of the following gaps:

1) The Time Gap: This is the backbone of the traditional outsourcing industry – it’s when everyone is so busy that they simply don’t have the time to run with a project, despite it being essential or even critical to the success of your business.

2) The Experience Gap: Your executive team may have the time but they simply don’t have the experience or the skills required to go out and drive that very important project from being a concept all the way through to implementation, especially if that project involves multiple stakeholders at other companies combined with a complex deal that needs to be negotiated and signed.

3) The Network Gap: You may have the time and the experience, but you simply don’t know those key decision makers at the businesses that you want to reach. You also know that a warm introduction via someone they know well and respect will greatly increase your chances of a successful outcome.
