The business is led by Steve Lazarus (ex Warner Music, ITV, Sony Pictures, Yahoo, Myspace and Dow Jones) and supported by a team of experienced Associates (ex Disney, Spotify, Virgin, Getty etc). We are an Appointed Representative of an FCA authorised and regulated firm.

We are experts in sourcing and striking “media for equity” deals for fast growth early stage businesses, where media owners exchange advertising inventory for shares in a company.

Lazarus Consulting has global reach via its relationship with CDI Global. CDI Global consists of 50 offices in over 30 countries focusing on mid-market cross-border transactions. CDI Global M&A specialists have successfully closed thousands of transactions since 1973.
